The Vegan Golden Milk - Anti-Inflammatory, Digestive, Lubricates the Joints...

This very tasty drink, is wonderful for the spine, lubricates the joints, cartilages, improves skin conditions (internal and external tissue) and helps to break up calcium deposits that form kidney or liver stones and most importantly, it improves immune function.

Turmeric contains curcumin, which has been used for its medicinal properties for ages, it aids to prevent inflammation, boost immunity, maintaining cholesterol levels, promoting digestive health, anti-cancer restoring oxidative stress and oxidation to the cells of the skin (the largest organ of the body), improves brain function and memory (neuron cell function and connectivity), and it can work as a detoxifier.

1/4 – 1/3 tsp. turmeric
1/3 cup water
8 oz. coconut or almond milk (or other milk that you like - rice or soy)
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
1 teaspoon of raw honey

- 1 tbsp. raw almond oil and 1 tbsp of sesame seed oil (a positive influence on blood glucose, hemoglobin, lipid peroxidation, and antioxidant levels.)

- Honey to taste (make sure it is a good natural kind of honey.) You could also serve it with a little bit of cinnamon.

Preparation: Boil turmeric in water for about 5 minutes. Add the milk and the almond oil and heat it up for about two more minutes while mixing it well with a wood spoon. (Remember to be mind-full of your kind of energy when you cook because you pass that energy to the foods you prepare.) Remove from heat, let it rest for 10 min and add to the mix two tbsp of honey.

Refrigerate and drink it as many times as you wish (cold or hot.) We, yogis, drink this a lot to fortify, lubricate and make our joints more flexible.

Just remember that during Fall (Metal Element) and during the Winter (Water Element) season  water in our body may cause dampness.  In Traditional Chinese Medicine, dampness is considered to be the cause of many illnesses such as high cholesterol, cancer, metabolic disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome, allergies and environmental illness. For the sake of this discussion, only the symptoms of the aberrations of water metabolism will be considered. There are two general categories of dampness: external and internal. Internal dampness is the most common and easily will combine with heat or cold to cause damp-heat or damp-cold. Dampness can be thought of as the condition of "high humidity" inside the body. Symptoms can include a feeling of heaviness, swelling or water retention, distended abdomen, phlegm discharge, nodular masses, loose bowels and turbidity of fluids. Individuals with a dampness condition often have sluggish energy and easily gain weight.

Some symptoms of dampness in the body are:
  • fatigue, body heaviness, sluggishness
  • excess weight
  • cysts, tumors
  • yeast infections
  • bloating and gas
  • unclear thinking
  • chronic sinus infections
  • cloudy urine
  • joint inflammation
  • dry skin
  • foul smelling stools

Tips for better nutrition:

Employ slow cooking methods that use lower temperatures for long periods
of time: roasting, baking, stewing and braising help extract the deeper "Chi"
or life force energy from our foods. This process doesn't "kill" food nutrients exposed
to high temperatures for long periods of time, while cooking them. :)

Please remember not to over-cook vegetables. Steam vegetables no longer than 7 to 8 minutes. Remember that we want to eat nutrition and energetically alive food.

The Sunshine Vitamin: expose yourself to 15 minutes of sunshine a day, without the use of sunscreen, especially before 12 noon and after 3:00 p.m. And remember to love everything and everyone. Otherwise I advice to take the Vitamin D3 as a supplement.

I want to send a heartfelt thank you to all my yoga teachers,
also to all my Qi-Gong and Chinese Energy Medicine professors.
I do love them and appreciate their gifts, and all what they have helped me become throughout the years. :)
Sat Nam...  Namaste. 🙏💜

Love and light!

NEW MOON RITUAL: A SYMBOLIC PORTAL OF NEW BEGINNINGS

Dearest Tourist and Travelers:

You have asked me for a NEW MOON ritual and here it is. I am offering to you some ideas to focus thoughts and energy in alignment to the cycles of nature, especially the water element - the White Lady or our magical moon which brings us THE REBIRTH OR THE INTENTION OF NEW BEGINNINGS.

Just remember that to craft energy into being we must focus INTENTION and ATTENTION, what our heart is truly vibrating. I invite you to pause and think for a moment, how much you are consciously choosing what you are becoming?

It is very hard to create in an environment where the contrast of what you want to live IN is so strong, but the Universe gave you that task because you are a power-full creator, a match to your sincere heartfelt intentions. The Universe doesn't "make mistakes." :) Just remember that light is very attractive and light it is always going to be challenged, but it is the golden nugget of light for light to shine even more so now. :)

Energy works in cooperation and pulling forces in opposite directions are at times grounded in the same core intention. Example; freedom can be grounded in the desire to-live-in-freedom and a secondary pulling force in the desire to prove its weakness. What matters to a power-full creator is what you focus on you manifest. What do you want more of? In spite of what a creator chooses to focus on to manifest, there is a principle or Universal Low which is; Love lives IN freedom.

What self-impose limitations are evoking the contrast of your heartfelt desires? Are your actions to-live-in-freedom grounded in fear (lack of love), or in Love? Any action grounded IN fear is not Love.  In spite of the contrast around you, give attention and Love to what you want to create and don't give power to distractions or the contrast around you. Focus energy and ground your intentions IN Love.  Give power to your intentions; remember that we expand what we focus on. :)

The new moon phase is an optimal time for planning, beginning new cycles and seeding our intentions or new beginnings. It is time to re-emerge into light. :)

... It is call GRACE and we earn every bit of it. All is well. Love is never IN danger. Love lives IN love. :)

New Moon (Water Element, Yin, Emotions)
RITUAL PREPARATION:

1. If you have a strong belief in good energies like; angels, spirit guides, or saints, what you choose to believe in as a higher and good spiritual guidance in your life, know that they are energy that inspire, so call on them into this special intention and ceremony.

2. Take a few minutes to meditate to begin your spiritual practice, the new moon ritual. Listen to your inner guidance for messages... be silent and breathe deeply.

3. Bring your "creature" to the moon light and the ceremony. (If you don't have a "creature", please ask me for one.)

Defining Intentions:

Time of beginnings, when you can recharge goals, gain clarity,
dream your dreams or set new expectations.

State your intention for this New Moon, and ask for blessings,
clarity and support.

There is power in coming up with visions for your life, and keeping them in your sights as
they come into being.

Make sure you are not sending (contradiction of energy), meaning, I want this but I can believe that I can have it or I am afraid to have it, etc. Work on this.

Suggestion: Moonstone pyramid charged with intentional love. Ancient Egyptians used the pyramids to generate, transmit and transform energy, known to be a great thoughts amplifier.
NOTEBOOK OR JOURNAL WORK FOR THE MOON RITUAL

BOOK 1

Begin writing down your heart's desires... your dreams.... the events, experiences and circumstances that you would like to co-create in your life. Visualize them and co-create "mental pictures of your goals and dreams." Have FUN with it. Your list may consist of only one item or you may have several pages written down. Try not to limit yourself. If having many things in your life helps to fulfill you then don't deny yourself of wanting these things.

During the month when an item on your new moon list comes to you or materializes, don't merely cross it off of your list, take the time to rewrite the list. At the same time you may add whatever else that you have decided you would like. Feel free to reword any of the original phrases, words, action verbs, if they better fit your life now. It is natural that your desires will change as time advances.

BOOK 2

A second notebook will be used as a scrapbook where you paste in pictures or catalog clippings of items that you want to co-create in physical reality. This is a fun project so enjoy yourself. Focus on these dreams and nurture them with your heart and soul. BELIEVE in your dreams. OFFER CONSISTENTLY a desire to welcome your dreams into your life. You will soon be amazed how these things begin to find their way into your life BECAUSE YOU WANT THEM AND ASK FOR THEM AND YOU REALLY REALLY CREATE THE SPACE IN YOUR HEART AND YOUR WORLD FORM THEM.

BE MORE SELECTIVE ABOUT THE KIND OF ENERGY YOU CHOOSE TO INVITE INTO YOUR LIFE.

Each month at the new moon, rededicate your intentions by renewing your list at a repeated ritual. This is accomplished by rewriting your list out using a fresh sheet of paper. Don't get in the habit of simply scratching out the items you no longer desire and adding the new stuff to the bottom of your old list. You don't want clutter and sloppiness energies messing up your new stuff do you? Disregard any items that no longer feed your soul and add new things that do.

RITUAL:

LIGHT FOUR CANDLES Choose small two-hour burn candles or tea-candles. Soy base candles are better for our health (lungs.)
Sometimes, when you are lighting up candles and setting intentions for the energy that you are co-creating with the candle, it is good to listen to instrumental music (good vibration) as it can play a major roll influencing the environment, our extended body, reaching into the depth of your soul. You need your feelings to be poured into that candle.  Invite your inner senses and connect to your heart.

Blue candle for Water element (West)
Green candle for Earth element (North)
Red candle for Fire element (East)

Yellow candle for Air element (South)

Place a container of clean water at a center of a table and the four candles around it. Write on a piece of paper your main goals. Fold the papers and place them inside the glass container with water (under the moon light if possible.)

APPRECIATE THE SMALL AND BEAUTIFUL THINGS IN LIFE

Carry the intentions of your goals and what you have said to your spirit guides and your-self in your heart and thank them for their support. Focus. Thank all elements, Earth, fire, water and air for their balance and energy within and around us.

I always feel good having something sweet at the end of my new moon ritual, it reminds me of the sweetness of life.

Eat, Drink and Be Merry! New Beginnings are being co-created.

Healing and Uplifting Full Moon Ceremony and Summer Solstice Ritual For Self-Love

This week brings the June Solstice, when, depending on where you call home, the days begin to get shorter or longer. You may be looking forward to bright days or dreading the long nights!

There is also a Full Moon, an astrological 'blue' moon, even if the first was in May. Add in the Saturn/Neptune connection and we have a week when achievements that transcend the norm are a real possibility.
Welcome to the loving energies of celestial beings into our lives. We are grateful. :)

The Moon in Chinese Astrology represents the element of Water, the element of emotions, constitution, creativity, intuition and kindness and emotions are energy-in-motion. These energies could be, depending if they are negative resonance, blocking the flow of energy  in your mental body, physical body, spiritual body, creative body, love body, will power and self-creation body or in the environment around you which it is your extended body.

Before coming to the Full Moon Ritual and Prayer Circle this week you could prepare yourself:

- Write down everything that you are ready to release,
to let go of, to heal (thoughts, emotions, things and habits.) Take your time to reflect on those things and make a list of those things that you can let go of now, today, and those that you can work on as the week goes by to let go of, to evolve and improve upon.

- Take a shower, not a bath, to release and cleanse your energetic magnetic field (aura) allowing the water element to rinse off energies that are not in harmony with the energies of your heart. Visualize the water taking those things away from you and your life. The power of visualization is also a way to create, to craft energy, to mold energy into being. Ground your visualization in love. Remember that a shower rinses off energy and a bath help you to create and to keep energy. :)

- Use a rose soap, the rose oils have the higher frequency to uplift and bring lower energies into balance. The rose soap for your shower, made with organic rose oil, is going to help raising your vibrational resonance.

- Create the intention of love in your life. Live IN love. Love always calls us forward. Love inspires. Invite love in to your life. Blend with love. Give love, share and cultivate love.

- Tonight, while facing the energy of the moon light, focus on your thoughts and heartfelt intentions. Be thankful for the lessons and points of clarity that past experiences have brought about, then release and let go of those energies, memories, people and experiences that don't serve you well any more. Let them go in peace.
- Note: Never fight for peace. To fight you must be in alignment with negative energies and destructive or violent thinking and this grounds your intentions in the opposite energy of what you wish to create, which it is PEACE. Peace is about peace and love, about joy, creativity and health.

Make peace in your mind and heart with everything and everyone. Make sure that you take your time to visualize you smiling at those negative energies and feeling good and free as you let go. Then bless them with energy coming from your third eye, with mindful pink/pearl light.

You can also focus on white and pink light with your mind to surround yourself, your home, your office, work space, creative area at home, your spending cash account and your kitchen, food supplies and any other aspect or place in your life that requires a shift of energy toward better and more positive and loving ways.

You could also surround with pink/pearl white energy to those who we may not obviously know are struggling, carrying secret and quiet pain in their lives and need loving energy. May light and love be also with them. :)

Close your eyes and imagine yourself drawing out energy from the MOON and gathering this energy of new beginnings and renewal, of light and of love.  Feel good, feel and focus on feeling good with yourself and everything - everyone. A new cycle has begin and a new divine journey has began, IN love. :)   Face the SUN
and give thanks in your heart to the light in our lives, to a light that is inclusive and blesses everyone. Give thanks to the celestial beings that are present in our lives.
Sun and Moon holding hands... Yin and Yang energies in balance, in harmony and love. :)
Bring a white, pink or gold candle to your personal ceremony or with a gathering among friends or family members.

Bring sweats, vegan organic sweats that are not toxic or harmful for your body. May this be another opportunity to practice self love and self-healing.

Live and speak in a more universal, inclusive way to embrace everyone. God is inclusive. :) Love is inclusive :)
Be GRATEFUL for diversity and for everyone.

Peace be with you,
Katherine :)

Are My Choices Of Thoughts And Beliefs Helping Me?

The thoughts that we choose to think have a lot to do with our well-being, prosperity and health, at a cell level.
In other words, the thoughts that we choose to think are precursors to our health.

Our thoughts are an important component of our emotional, physical, mental and spiritual health and well-being. We need to focus on creating new better habits of thought. Choose thoughts that give you power. Every thought in our body create an emotion. Emotions are indicators of the thoughts that we are thinking.
Choose happy thoughts. Know that our own capacity to talk to our body, to influence the energy that we live IN, is very important to craft our better health or to begin to set into motion a number of biochemical functions in the body that are going to create a dis-ease or the natural state of well-being in our bodies.

It is important to realize that negative emotions instruct the cells of our bodies by releasing neurotransmitters (brain chemicals), who travel throughout the body carrying a specific set of instructions. Positive or negative emotions influence the biochemistry of our body. Positive or negative emotion can affect our immune system, metabolic rate and instruct the body to retain fluids. Positive or negative emotion can influence water retention in the body and levels of pH (acidity or alkaline levels in the body.)

CHOOSE thoughts, words, mental pictures that give you joy. Choose thoughts of prosperity, of empowerment, of self-love, of well-being, of forgiveness, of letting go, of safety, of happiness, of cooperation... Make peace with yourself. Make peace with everything and everyone and choose to be a good energy from inside out.

The brain communicates with itself by sending out chemical information from one neuron, or nerve cell to another. The sending neuron and the receiving neuron are separated by a small space called a synapse. The end of the sending neuron's axon has small sacs called vesicles that store a special chemical messenger called a neurotransmitter. When this chemical is released, it can have one of two effects on the receiving neuron: it can excite it into action or it can inhibit (block or slow down) its action. A neuron receiving certain signals (set of instructions that can be programmed and in fact, we do program by neuro-associations the chemical impulses that fires off a message to other neurons causing the release its own chemical transmitter.)

We have, since the beginning of our lives, programmed the brain and the series of chemical reactions associated to thoughts that we think and their assigned meanings. Some of this neuro-associative-networks can be helpful to us or can work against us by evoking negative emotions; for example, fear that paralyses us or feelings of hopelessness that drain our energy or drive our interest and focus of attention away from our goal or intention.

The important think here is to know that we can do the same DELIBERATELY by creating new sets of positive thoughts and positive outcomes, visualize them and re-train the brain to expect good things. Or we can continue choosing negative thoughts, associated to negative outcomes and belief in a state of powerlessness. The process can be thought of as an endless chain reaction among billions of neurons and if we don't choose what we think we then let our brain chemicals to a state of creation by default.

Brain chemistry is the sum of all the chemical messaging that takes place in the brain, which allows it to carry out its daily functions, such as generating movement, speaking, thinking, listening, regulating the systems of the body, and countless others.

All cells in our body are working in cooperation with one another. No cell in the body starts a fight with another cell. :) No organ in the body stars a war against another organ in the body. :) Whew! The nature of all the cells in our body is cooperation and prosperity. We can learn a lot from this scenario, from the nature of the cells of our body. Then, what happens if we focus on negative thoughts and negative emotions, (by default or deliberately)? Then, we create that energy flow because of the thoughts that we choose to think and this can affect and influence our health at-a-cell-level.

We are the only one thinking in our head. :) Take your power back. Mantra: No one else but myself chooses the thoughts that I think.
I choose thoughts that give me power. I speak words that evoke positive emotion and empowerment. I love myself. :)

All the feelings and emotions that people experience are produced through chemical changes in the brain. The "rush" of happiness that a person feels at getting a good grade on a test, achieving a goal, or reuniting with a loved one occur through complex chemical processes. So are emotions, such as fear (housed in the kidneys), anger (housed in the liver), grief (housed in the lungs), worry (housed in the spleen), and so on.

Neurotransmitters are the "messengers" that carry instructions to the body but, we can tell the brain what to do. We can tell the brain what to think since we are the only ones choosing what thoughts to think, to what do we give power to and what to focus on. By principle we expand what we focus on.

But, what happens when stimulation of thoughts coming from the "environment" that we live in, the news, the people around us, etc, affecting our focus of attention? What happens when we begin to give more attention and power to the many happenings around us? We begin to influence our bio-chemical process in the brain "by default", meaning we begin to react to the environment around us or to what life dishes out to us.

The nerve cells and other nervous structures in the body outside of the Central Nerve System are known as the peripheral nervous system (peripheral means outside). These nerves receive information from body tissues and the outside world, "the environment, our extended body", and pass it along to the brain and spinal cord. These nerves also carry the signals from the Central Nerve System to make body parts function or to stimulate/influence our thoughts. Again, it is important that we keep in mind that we, each individual, are the ones that have the power to choose what is it that we want to give our attention to, more power to, more time to, and to turn our thoughts into believes. Beliefs are thoughts that we keep thinking.

New Book - God's Genes

God’s Genes
Healing - Self-Love
by Katherine

Dearest Tourist and Travelers;

It is with great joy that I bring to you a new book for personal self-development and co-creation of a better life of meaning-full transcendence, IN love and light.

This is a great book! It contains four chapters of a novel between DaNA, Sigi and Professor B Will; and four chapters of science-base information on Genetic Thinking, Bioenergy, Epigenetics and Mind-ful Choices, Habits-Beliefs and Consciousness, Cellular Memory, Life Force Energy and Nutrition. The science-base information validates and helps understand the purpose of each character in the novel. Open your heart and lead your heart to inspire your mind to a magical, enlightening and fun life changing story. Everyone is invited!!!

The novel; DaNA, a DNA that escaped from a lab, meets Sigi at the park and both begin the most interesting and meaningful relationship to craft her wholistic life and better health into being. Sigi asks DaNA for help to restore her health. DaNA enters Sigi's ear to explore her body and talks with TamiRed, the Heart Chakra, The Library of Beliefs, Grand Master Bacteria, "I Me" the Ego, the Enzzzy Family and many more interesting characters components of Sigi's physical, mental and spiritual bodies. Their dialog is a fun and meaning-full way to better understand healing at a cell level, our own capacity to program, (turn on and off), our wholistic betterment at a cell level and all their interconnections.

It was really fun to write a novel that models regular people acting as ingenious characters awakening to their inner capacities, the value of being and feeling humane, willing to listen the love that as grace is a life force. You'll fall in love with DaNA. :)

This book also tap into three important concepts: first, the concept of "GOD" as Universal Love, a never ending evolving energy. Each cooperative component in its essence inspires-to-make God, as much as divine energy lives IN and through all there is. "God" in a sense is in a state of constant and never-ending evolving.

Second, is the notion of Spiritual Human Evolving vs. Aging. A blessing notion of aging as matter over time that can be influenced and inspired, not to deteriorate but rather to get better and better. Also, that children are elders doing it all over again and elders are evolved children crafting themselves into being.

Third, the notion of what we know as "Death" as a happy "Graduation." Energy can only be trans-formed but it can not end. How would you like to influence your own self-transformation? What would you like to become? How would you like to live then? How can you deliberately craft yourself into being?

The introduction of the book presents a beautiful story of Nana, an amazing being I met. I share her 99 years of happy existence that teaches us an uplifting perspective of a fun and meaning-full blueprint of a promissory life grounded IN love.

There was a time that our understanding was that DNA "controls" the biochemistry of our bodies, which was somehow predictable because of the information already "written" in our DNA. In other words, we "are" the genes of our ancestors and parents. Today we know that every cell, DNA, connective tissue, atom, organ and even the tiny molecules of our physical body experiencing life in constant communication and interaction with all layers of our human energy field have a vibration of its own which is influenced by our thoughts, beliefs, environment, emotions, nutrition, experiences and most important, the way that we perceive and love ourselves. Our mind (not the brain), can turn on and off mechanisms of our DNA. These factors can be influenced, consciously chosen, directed and more over, they can be shared collectively. Our body's healing and well-being is influenced by these tools that can be seen as opportunities.

Health is a delicious process of self-love, intentionally co-created and influenced by each one of us.

One of DaNA's messages to Sigi is to value the importance of the environment as our extended body. DaNA explains to Sigi and to Professor BWill that health is harmony with all there is and it is naturally vibrating its own "music of love." DaNA addresses a conference of interdisciplinary professionals of
Bio-Medicine delivering the most spiritual, loving and awakening message in this book; we choose “our music”, the vibrational beings that we are becoming and the meaning of this vibration for our spiritual divine journey. Enjoy the ride!

The Cosmic Sound and Value of a Conscious Mantra.

Hello Tourist and Travelers, it is with great joy that I bring to you these reflections, as some of you have requested, accompanied by a Journal and a CD.

Beyond a mechanical practice, a heartfelt process of self cultivation; Spirit-IN-Love.

Sound and Light are vibrations, and vibrations are different frequencies of Energy. This also applies to Kundalini, the latent energy within ourselves. Kundalini is both Light and Sound, and mantra, (the divine inspired perfect word sound form), used to attain "Her."

The most profound expression of this Energy is the cosmic Om, which is the origin of all other sounds and symbolizes the essential spiritual reality, "Omnipotent." OM is a Cosmic Sound. The mantra Om is said to give birth to rays of Light bringing illumination to the mind.

There are two aspects to every sound; the audible and the subtle sound-essence that carries the INTENTION coming from Spirit. When the spoken word is sounded within and without, contact is made with this power.

The Conscious chanting and recitation of mantras activates and accelerates the creative spiritual force, promoting harmony in our whole being. The aim with this practice is to become a living center of pure spiritual vibration that is attuned to other centers of vibration much more "power-full."

Mantras are sacred sound syllables in which great wisdom is locked up, wisdom that will reveal itself only if we are consciously aware of the value of what we are doing.
It is beneficial to recite a mantra a thousand times a day for forty days.

We will eventually reach that point of going through the barriers or blockages- the cultural, social, and other self-imposed survival barriers that have been put up around the mind, and we will find the place where Light is always reflected.

Mantra is the most profound speech, sound at its highest, because it takes us away from the ego "illusion" of self-importance to the sound of our pure inner being, ONE with the divine.

Remember this; a mantra has several intentions, sort of speak;

  • the power or meaning we give it, individually, which reflects back to us
  • the power of who have practiced it
  • the power of whomever perceived it initially, and
  • the power of those who has attained "higher consciousness" from it
The power of the mantra will become apparent only if practiced while keeping all other intrusions out. We must go to Spirit as Spirit, without mind or body. This is very important, sort of like undressing the soul of everything else that have been learned or self-imposed in our present earthly human experience. We must go to Spirit with an open Heart, free.

It isn't only the practice alone that brings benefit, but maintaining awareness and focus and staying with the words that we are chanting. If you chant OM, make space for OM alone, without other judgements, external influences or assigned meanings. Feel it in your heart. Consciously choose to "make the outside world disappear."

Journal: Cultivation of Spirit-IN-Love.

I am suggesting to start your own Journal, a simple notebook of your preference or you can test by buying the Journal I have designed for this purpose.

Continuity and will are very important aspects of any spiritual practice, both are of tremendous value. But, when we initiate a Spiritual practice from the heart, profound sincerity at heart, recognizing the value of CULTIVATION OF SPIRIT-IN-LOVE, the process of evolving and transformation, self-discovery and intimacy with who we really are, become a joy-full experience and a power-full source of inner strength. Then we cease to look "out" for bridges and ways to connect with self. Yes, sometimes we tent to create "dependencies" to find freedom. Love is freedom. Love lives IN freedom.

An spontaneous desire to go further IN-LOVE, will develop naturally without the force of willpower.

When the outside world "becomes nothingness", our unique and individual "inner world" opens up.

The vibration of mantras are "influenced" by our emotions. Are our emotions grounded in heartfelt sounds coming from our pure heart? That's the work too. The Journal:Cultivation of Spirit-IN-Love provides practical ways to cultivate heartfelt emotions. Example; we can say to others that we love them but how often do we expect or want feedback from the love we give. Love loves and it is unconditional. Love does not expect feedback. This is important because we use the word love to label emotions but pure love can only be given when we are IN it and that alone is a reward.

Awareness of the vibration of our speech, meaning, the INTENTION that we are giving birth to, with a sound, is more important that the repetition or practice of it. Again, we must go to Spirit with an open Heart, IN-Love. That's true Conscious Spirituality. Meditation, a daily cultivation of Spiritual Human Evolving, helps us to unburden or free of impurities our mind.

Cultivate Self-Love; with our daily conversations, with self and others, with our relationships which are a reflection of self, with our interactions with other living beings, the integrity of our intentions, how we keep our physical body (how flexible, appreciated, open, clean and pain-free is), with our choices of activities or meals and other important components of the co-creation of a healthy and harmonious Spiritual Home, our body. Why? Because the vibration of a mantra comes from our Spiritual Home, the body, where Spirit "lives", temporarily. How we feel about our-selves influences the vibration that comes from our voice, affecting "the mantra" that we are reciting.

The Journal:Cultivation of Spirit-IN-Love provides a profound guidance about the co-creation and maintenance of a Spiritual Home IN-Love.

A voice of the heart, when projected with transcendent feelings of self-appreciation, is the best place to experience the pulsation and vibration of Divine Light or Spirit-IN-Love. That's the first aspect of this work, self purification and self-love.

In mantra practice, Divine Light takes shape and form and vibrates in the Spiritual Human voice. The power of the mantra sets awareness in motion, the intent or energy that we have given birth to.

Think of the vibration that your words create "outside" your human body. Our environment is our extended body. The sound that has been released with the breath. When we chant a mantra, where will the vibrations go? What space and time will it take for the "energy-mantra" to emanate into the distance?

Sounds have images, like Hari OM, only one color bubble vibrating very strongly. Where this bubble go? .... I am aware that I am combining Meditation with the chanting of a mantra. Why? Because it gives a deeper intimate experience. Meditation is a conscious condition that makes us conducive to coming into a greater state of awareness.  The mantra eventually becomes creative in us, revealing itself through the intimate personal experience.

The exploration of sound and consciousness can lead to a whole different understanding of the "reality" or "world" that we live in, versus the ability to give birth to new a better possible worlds.  The Journal:Cultivation of Spirit-IN-Love that I have authored helps to develop this Spiritual practice.

Eventually we will experience that each Spiritual Human Being is the Essence, a mantra, a very unique and cosmic mantra, expanding and always in state of becoming, a divine cosmic being part of a "musical composition" or cosmic symphony of Spirit-IN-Love.

...yes, there is a song in our heart that speak our dream, I AM.

The Journal and CD are available at our store and home base.

The Golden Nugget...

Life is our lab and we get to experience, play, choose, come to new realizations and ways to live and be.

To me, loving yourself is the very first step to living a life that has meaning for “self.” What we think of ourselves is one of the most important source of inner strength, empowerment, inner-peace and inner balance.

Any life situation can be look at it in an attitude of vulnerability or strength. It is the attitude (a settled way of thinking), that we choose to bring into everything that we experience allowing us to perceive what's really there or to block it, distort it, etc.

We choose to focus energy into being before things happen in our lives, therefore, what we experience at any given moment is the result of our mental focus or practiced habits of thoughts. For example; only a feeling of vulnerability or despair can evoke or invite more of it. Only a feeling of love, certainty, joy, self-worth or appreciation can evoke equal energies in cooperation to manifest more of that.

We always “choose” deliberately or unconsciously.

Sometimes we practice habits of thoughts or behavior without consciously choosing them. Circumstances, news, conversations about what's happening... they are all part of our environment or experiences but not necessarily initiated by us.

It helps to be more selective and mindful about the kinds of "energies" or environment we are becoming part of and to CHOOSE IN FREEDOM what feels good to do, talk about, think about or give our attention to.

The golden nugget of this process is the INSPIRATION that comes out of the experience, that new place of clarity that says so much about our selves, that reminds us that we are the only power and the ones that can make our magical life more magical. CHOOSE HOW TO SHAPE THE NATURE OF OUR DEEPEST LEVELS OF BEING.

Shape your practice of self-love;

1. Try not to compare yourself to others. Choose what makes you happy and has meaning to you.
2. Make a list of those things that you appreciate about your-self. Are you happy? Can you identify aspects of you that you would like to evolve?
3. Love is appreciation. Observe YOU with your heart, no so much with your intellect and you'll see the love IN you. Don't measure-up yourself through the eyes of others. Others only see what they can see. If they can not see you it is only because they are not a match to you.

The invisible light or magick only reveals itself in proportion to our natural rhythms. We choose and craft who we are and what to become. We are the love and how we choose to give birth to it. A life IN love, a magical approach to life, (no so much making sense out of things but allowing our unique heart to speak its truth.) Design YOU. Love YOU. Accept YOU. Feel good with YOU.

Enjoy today, clarify what is it that your heart wants. What gives YOU meaning? Love always feels good.

Feel good with you today!

About The Practice of Self-Love

Dearest Tourist and Travelers:

About self-love and self-appreciation...

When I help people co-create their personal betterment, I always talk to them about the art of the practice of self-love and self-appreciation. Some of them have said to me, "what do you mean by
self-love, I am not sure what that is."

Self-love is to do good things for you; things that are going to help you, keep you well and free, help you progress, never hurt you, choosing things that feel good.

Our essence is pure positive love, a kind of energy that co-creates, inspires and multiplies love. Yes, this is our major and most important quality or life purpose, we can give birth, intentionally, to the energy of love.

How do we give birth to energy? We are energy, we transmit and receive energy at all times. The way we transmit energy is by the thoughts we choose to think. Therefore, the way we choose to view ourselves, the opinion of "self" can be empowering (self-love) or disempowering (low self-esteem).

Why is this so important? Because we live IN the energy that we choose to co-create with our thoughts.

When we don't like or appreciate our "self" we choose to be away from our natural kind of essence or energy.

We are pure love. The sames happens when we don't offer appreciation for others or when we choose to focus our attention, behavior and emotions on themes away from love. For example; rejection of self or others, anger, feelings of not being good enough, negative judgments toward self or others, etc.

Am I saying that you have to like everyone and or everything about you? I am saying that love loves and when your focus shifts away from love, more toward the "negative aspects" of self, others, circumstances or events, you energy shifts too and we become what we focus on.

Yes, I am talking about the practice of unconditional love. We love unconditionally because we are beings of love and love loves. We don't love self or others as a result of a (+) or (-) we assign to self or to others. Why? Because love is INCLUSIVE. Everything is love. Everyone. Life is love. All energies are love. There isn't a kind of energy in the Universe that isn't grounded IN love, however, all energies choose their INTENTION. Meaning, all energies are made of love and then there is a choice (FREEDOM), what that energy is going to be or do.

There is no love without freedom. Each intention has a purpose. Without a diversity of intentions we couldn't learn what works and what doesn't to expand our intentions. Everything that we can named "bad" has a purpose, to offer an example so we can compare and desire better.

Desire, this word is very powerful. Why? Because out of "desire" comes life. Have you noticed that when we lack of desire we end our lives? A desire is a "motive", a strong impulse. A desire IN love is a life force.

Loves celebrates diversity and accepts it because it helps expand itself. When we observe things we don't like, we give birth to the energy of the things we like... we ask for the improvement of them. Each one of us like different things. If all beings were alike we will not be able to expand. As a human family, we need diversity to evolve, individually and collectively. We are Spiritual Human Beings Evolving.

So loves accepts, it is inclusive. Love doesn't change. Love doesn't demand or impose, otherwise we will be pointing to and end. However, love "knows" that only love is power-full in its own INTEGRITY OF INTENTION. No other energy equals to the essence of love. Love is life IN pure joy.

YOU ARE THE LOVE OF YOUR LIFE. THE ONE YOU ARE GOING TO SPEND THE REST OF YOUR LIFE WITH.

Our lives have no beginnings and no endings... only a continuation. We already "know love" because we have evolved it and experienced it before and now. We can co-create love. Love comes from withing you. It is expressed in our actions, thoughts, conversations, activities, gestures, readings, writings, choices of words... Do it consciously and you will notice subtle changes IN your life, within and around you. Choose to be love and you will find yourself expressing love in all you do. We are the love we are looking for.

Do you know your-self? Who you are? or Do you know yourself through the eyes, ears and words of others?

Exercise: Look at your-self in the mirror, study yourself. You may notice that your nose is too large or your mouth too small... but go beyond these things, there is so much more within.

No one looks like you. No other being thinks and experiences life exactly like you, feel the way you do. You are an immense wonder-full world. You are special, unique. Keep looking at your eyes and lose yourself in YOU. Connect with YOU unique intention, your essence, who you really are. Love it. Evolve it. Desire it. YOU are your best "motive". Be passionate about YOU.

You don't like it... desire it and evolve it, intentionally and IN love. That's how love loves. Practice the art of self-love.

Love and light!
