On The Healing And Strengthening Of The Human Heart... A Personal Experience

On the emotional aspect of heart healing, of healing our immune system and on how the psycho-somatic and psycho-neuro-immunology influence our heart health.

What can I do to help my heart, and to help create inner balance and healing within myself?  It is all about mindfulness, about time and attention which are the basis of love.

It is all about our daily meditation, time to be in solitude and to turn our attention inward.


1. The Spiritual essence of THE HEART represents the center of love and security in our lives.
- Mantra: My heart beats to the rhythm of love.
- Mantra: I express and craft joy into being, for myself and for others.


2. The Spiritual essence of THE CORONARY ARTERIES BRANCHES is to deliver oxygenated blood to all of the heart's cells. So, how the thoughts that we feel, which influence our emotional health, such as feeling safe and strong, or such as feeling lonely, fearful or scared could influence the biochemical messages, (the chemical instructions) send to the heart arteries and throughout the rest of our miraculous human body.

- Mantra: I am willing to release my fears. I am safe. I am loved. I am love.


Today as in every Monday, I do observe the intention of a Miracle Monday. I do expect Miracles on Mondays... There is power in living in a state of "expectation."


MEDITATION:
I do exist as a divine spirit light. All living  beings born into physical as human beings are born as free.

I am so free that I can choose bondage. I choose in freedom to see myself as being free. I am free in my emotions and in my mind.

No one can think for me, and this is a true premise.  No one can feel for me, and this too is a true premise. My life is a personal experience, and I choose what do I want to become, what is it that I want more of and what is it that I don't want more of.

Today, in the silence of a prayer, of this conversation with myself, of this meditation in the presence of this pure positive energy that gives me life... today I am focusing on the healing of my heart, and then I choose to let go of all my self impose limitations, or beliefs that do not longer serve me well.  Today I choose to focus on new and better thoughts about myself, about the opinion that I have of myself, about my life and about others. Today I choose to think thoughts are uplifting for me.

This week I will mindfully focus on this spiritual cultivation; on cultivating a free heart. And, this is the main intention of these reflective words, of these mantras and the more that I choose to repeat these words, the more that my heart opens my mind to the full awareness of my divine human nature.

Mantra:  I am free.

Mantra:  I am safe and that is the nature of my life. 

SPIRITUAL CULTIVATIONS:
Every day of this week I set aside 15 min for this daily meditation.

- I take a deep breath visualizing this pure positive light energy all around me and coming from my heart.
- I exhale slowly... through my mouth while contemplating the presence of this light in me and around me.

Now, I turn my attention to my body, to my heart and I listen... I do listen to my body, to the cells of my heart that vibrate information for me. When I talk to my body then the cells of my body receive the message. We talk to our bodies constantly, either deliberately or by default, but we do keep in a state of this constant communication to the cells of our bodies.

On healing my heart and to my coronary arteries which are in me to transport oxygen, and to detox my heart and the veins of my body, I daily cultivate the habit of listening to the messages coming from the cells of my body, and I do talk back to the cells of my body as well. And, I do listen without interruptions and without judgement to the voice of my heart.

My coronary arteries are feeling good today, they are saying to me that they are healthy and that they are feeling

I mindfully release from my heart and from the coronary arteries tension, and I let go too of any negative emotion based on fear, based on negative self talk or on fear.

strong because I am allowing the flow of feeling like free, the flow of freedom and of self love in me. My coronary arteries are saying to me today that they are willing to let go of the emotion of doubt, of uncertainty, of loneliness, or of fear that causes stress to my veins and to the flow of well being in me.


QUESTIONS FOR SELF REFLECTION:

1. And what to do when it comes to feeling the emotion of fear.  What comes to my mind?  Write it down.

2. Fear is a friend, a friend that comes to me to signal an evaluation.  What comes to my mind? Write it down.
Fear is an e-motion, energy in motion.

3. What is the message that Fear brings for me? Fear comes to say, are you prepare? Are you prepare for what is coming, for what is about to happen, for what is unfolding right before you?

What comes to mind in regards to the vibrational words offer by Fear to us? Write it down.

Thank you Fear for coming to me, for being able to talk about something that I am not feeling in control of. Now I do realize that clarity is power and that I can do this. I can take care of myself and of my life.




I first think a thought and this thought is followed by an e-motion, energy in motion, which are those chemical messengers that transport neurotransmitters, which are cells coming from the brain traveling throughout the nerve system to my heart, and to my caronary arteries, they transport the essences of the thoughts that I choose to think.

Mantra: What I think of me is of value.

Mantra: I choose to think thoughts that help me to feel prosperous, healthy and happy.

The words that I choose to define myself, to talk to my body or for self talk influence my body at a cell level.

In My World... The One I Choose To Live In.

Design your better world with a youth-full heart...

I want to tell you a little bit about My Divine World, the one I choose to live IN.

In my world we live connected to the heart. In my world people practice ADMIRATION for one another. We love to live in COOPERATION.

In my world ALL Spiritual Humans are great miraculous light beings. Spirit has given birth to fantastic intelligent creatures to transcend Spirit into this time and space reality, our divine imagination, our heart, our inner and outer senses, our hands in motion, our fingers dancing our heart impulses... we are grace.

In my world energy money is given free as a match to our perception of self, our self-worth and self-love, and everybody has as much as they want... of everything. We live not to make money but to invest "energy money" as a resource to create our dreams. :) In my world all Spiritual Humans create "energy money" and "prosperity" with our choices of thoughts.

In my world Spirit gave us a body so we never be HOME-LESS, and Spirit gave us a heart so we never be HEART-LESS.

In my world people know that there is only a source of "light" and "darkness" is the absence of light.

In my world we dissolve fears by not giving power to doubt, but rather by empowering our capacity to live and to achieve our dreams. In my world we dissolve fear by living IN cooperation and love.

In my world everyday feels like Monday... new beginnings. We all-ways expect miracles on Mondays. We call them... The Magical Mondays and we, in our hearts, express gratitude to Mr. Sun, a bright light that shines for everyone. We begin the week with an optimistic mind, optimistic thoughts, positive emotions and a joy-full energy.

In my world we don't fight. We don't blend with the negative energy of violence, trickery or harm to achieve peace or freedom. In my world we know that to fight is to create negative energy, a false premise. In my world we Spiritual Humans are advance species and we know that when we choose to fight we become the energy that we fight. In my world, we rather create that which we want to live in. In my world we craft better worlds into being in cooperative. How could we have power when we choose to take action disconnected from our Source of Love?


In my world members of the Spiritual Human Species don't kill other members of the Spiritual Human Species and we are so famous in the entire cosmos because of our politeness and honorable ways that we use to treat one another.

The world I live IN is full of comics. We laugh a lot.

In my world jail is fear, it is not a place but a state of the mind and the soul. When we shift our thoughts and focus to acknowledge ACTIONS-IN-LOVE as healing "the cell" gets open. The same as poverty. Love is freedom.

In my world love doesn't know of lacks of, love doesn't use scare tactics. In my world every member of our civilization is taught that we are love. :)

In my world people know ALL animals, trees and flowers by their name. All life forms, all living beings are treated with reverence and profound respect, as cosmic miracles. In my world all living beings are a family.

In my world Elders are experienced Children and Children are Elders doing it all over again. Everyone lives IN love. Aging is a gift and a natural process of evolving and it has nothing to do with deterioration or loss. In my world Aging is appreciated and a subject of celebration.

In my world we don't work, we only PLAY. In my world we relax and create.

In my world there is not dead, instead what is known as dead is a HAPPY GRADUATION. We can not end energy, only evolve it.

In my world everyone ice skate or roller skate. We learn it since we are 4 and when we turn 12 we learn how to fly.

In my world every living being vibrates its own music... the music of their heart. Even an asparagus has its own music. In my world we cultivate silence to listen. We listen without judgement or interruptions. :)

In my world all beings know that their health and happiness is all self-created and their choice.

In my world we don't explain LOVE, we don't label LOVE. We know that LOVE is conditions-free. In my world we give birth to love with our heart and we live to love.

In my world every street has a freezer or cooler with organic ice cream of all flavors. The machine only dispenses ice cream when the person says the magic code words... "Life is Fun!"

In my world we learn how to visualize and empower our many possible worlds, the ones we create using our IMAGINATION and our HEARTS. In my world we teach people that they can create their own lives, being their own source of power and creativity. In my world there is no poverty. In my world we model the focus of attention and intention on those ideas and dreams for a better world, a better life. In my world all schools teach and encourage students and community members to journal and to write their ideas and dreams for a better life.

In my world we forgive because we are beings of love. Forgive to be happy. :)

In my world people sing songs to plants and wave at the Moon and to Constellations every night. In my world all members of the Spiritual Human Species know that we are cosmic beings.

I can tell you more about My Divine World, the one I choose to live IN. Perhaps you already know that you too live in your own world, the one you choose to live IN. You can always choose to live in a better world. :)

The One-Minute Breath - Metal Element (The Lungs)




This Kriya combine with the Calmin Heart Kriya are focused on The Lungs, the Metal Element, and the Heart, The Fire Element.

I will work on a separate post to publish more information about the Calming Heart Kriya and the Rhythmic Breath Meditation Kriya posture. Both meditations are geared to balance Yin and Yang energies and to reduce heat in the body. The Calming Heart is a mild Mindfulness Meditation exercise.

Mantra: Every day in every way I am getting better and better.

Full Moon Ritual For Self-Reflection and Self Evolving

The Full Moon is back! :)

Each Moon cycle generates energy flow. The Full Moon is all about Prosperity and Abundance, about the completion of a cycle, dream manifestation, self-empowerment and the presence of light in our hearts and in our lives.

Many cultures and religions observe the “Return of the Light” ceremony or ritual as the days begin to lengthen after this night. I do personally connect with the energy of The White Lady, Yin, Water Element (Emotions - energy in motion) and work on my personal heart's desires. May this simple and mind-full ritual inspire you as well. :)
About a personal Full Moon Ritual, for self-evolving and self-creation.
First, invest some time working on your personal goals. This is important. Why? Because action without intentional "though-forms" is a waste of energy.  Let us invest more time gaining clarity of intention and shaping our "though-forms." You create energy by thinking thoughts. All electrons are pre-cognitive.
 

Prior to the Full Moon ritual...
1. Use your Journal, a notebook to write only about your Spiritual and Heart-to-Heart meditations or reflections.

2. Draw a big T on it.

3. On the left column write down the things you want to bid farewell to in your life. Saying goodbye to these things will make room for better things to come in. Keep in mind the action effort of: "decluttering your life."

BE TRUTHFUL...
- About Relationships (self and others)
- About Personal Development
- About Professional Development
- About Overall Balance and Well-Being.
- About Emotional Healing

4. Turn your attention to the right column and write down things that you are ready to introduce and change for the better in your own life.

5. Chose a word "verb" to make simple phrases with it. This is your mantra for now, that helps you stay focus and bring you back to your intentions. Examples: I Choose, Relax, Manifest, Love...

FULL MOON RITUAL: PERSONAL OR AMONG FRIENDS - PRAYER CIRCLE

1. Light a candle: (white, silver or pink) and a choose a quiet meditative space.

Light a Candle with Intention - Lighting a candle for a particular purpose or intention symbolizes bringing light, that vibrational frequency to affect our auric field. Allow only positive, optimistic thoughts to be with you, IN you. Close your eyes and see the world (your world - the one that makes your heart sing), filled with events, circumtances, thoughts and your dreams of happiness and prosperity. Open your eyes.

Now that the intention has been created by you and that you are one with your dreams, Light the candle, a blue candle, a white candle

3. If possible, stand or sit under the Moon light. Look up and breath in the energy of the Moon. Breath in good energy from Heaven and Earth and allow you to align with light and love. Visualize a silver/white light around your body, like an aura of JOY, that's the Moon embracing your whole being. Silently take a moment to calm down and focus.

4. Bring your attention to your personal goals. Focus on them, visualize them and give them power, believe in them. Allow the visible and invisible forces of the Divine Universe to help you manifest your dreams. You are loved. Make small offerings like; selfless acts of kindness, develop a new habit that will allow the nature of your being, a divine light, to be an instrument of LOVE and PEACE or care for nature. :)

Small beginnings... greater ends. Heartfelt work grow slowly. Trust. :) Take a deep breath and with your hands allow the energy of the Moon to be absorb by your heart. Thank the Moon for its loving guidance knowing that Divine Feminine - constitution - is crafting cooperative energy into being. :)

Healing and Uplifting Full Moon Ceremony and Summer Solstice Ritual For Self-Love

This week brings the June Solstice, when, depending on where you call home, the days begin to get shorter or longer. You may be looking forward to bright days or dreading the long nights!

There is also a Full Moon, an astrological 'blue' moon, even if the first was in May. Add in the Saturn/Neptune connection and we have a week when achievements that transcend the norm are a real possibility.
Welcome to the loving energies of celestial beings into our lives. We are grateful. :)

The Moon in Chinese Astrology represents the element of Water, the element of emotions, constitution, creativity, intuition and kindness and emotions are energy-in-motion. These energies could be, depending if they are negative resonance, blocking the flow of energy  in your mental body, physical body, spiritual body, creative body, love body, will power and self-creation body or in the environment around you which it is your extended body.

Before coming to the Full Moon Ritual and Prayer Circle this week you could prepare yourself:



- Write down everything that you are ready to release,
 to let go of, to heal (thoughts, emotions, things and habits.) Take your time to reflect on those things and make a list of those things that you can let go of now, today, and those that you can work on as the week goes by to let go of, to evolve and improve upon.

- Take a shower, not a bath, to release and cleanse your energetic magnetic field (aura) allowing the water element to rinse off energies that are not in harmony with the energies of your heart. Visualize the water taking those things away from you and your life. The power of visualization is also a way to create, to craft energy, to mold energy into being. Ground your visualization in love. Remember that a shower rinses off energy and a bath help you to create and to keep energy. :)

- Use a rose soap, the rose oils have the higher frequency to uplift and bring lower energies into balance. The rose soap for your shower, made with organic rose oil, is going to help raising your vibrational resonance.

- Create the intention of love in your life. Live IN love. Love always calls us forward. Love inspires. Invite love in to your life. Blend with love. Give love, share and cultivate love.

- Tonight, while facing the energy of the moon light, focus on your thoughts and heartfelt intentions. Be thankful for the lessons and points of clarity that past experiences have brought about, then release and let go of those energies, memories, people and experiences that don't serve you well any more. Let them go in peace.
- Note: Never fight for peace. To fight you must be in alignment with negative energies and destructive or violent thinking and this grounds your intentions in the opposite energy of what you wish to create, which it is PEACE. Peace is about peace and love, about joy, creativity and health. 

Make peace in your mind and heart with everything and everyone. Make sure that you take your time to visualize you smiling at those negative energies and feeling good and free as you let go. Then bless them with energy coming from your third eye, with mindful pink/pearl light.

You can also focus on white and pink light with your mind to surround yourself, your home, your office, work space, creative area at home, your spending cash account and your kitchen, food supplies and any other aspect or place in your life that requires a shift of energy toward better and more positive and loving ways.

You could also surround with pink/pearl white energy to those who we may not obviously know are struggling, carrying secret and quiet pain in their lives and need loving energy. May light and love be also with them. :)


Close your eyes and imagine yourself drawing out energy from the MOON and gathering this energy of new beginnings and renewal, of light and of love.  Feel good, feel and focus on feeling good with yourself and everything - everyone. A new cycle has begin and a new divine journey has began, IN love. :)   Face the SUN
and give thanks in your heart to the light in our lives, to a light that is inclusive and blesses everyone. Give thanks to the celestial beings that are present in our lives.
Sun and Moon holding hands... Yin and Yang energies in balance, in harmony and love. :)
Bring a white, pink or gold candle to your personal ceremony or with a gathering among friends or family members.

Bring sweats, vegan organic sweats that are not toxic or harmful for your body. May this be another opportunity to practice self love and self-healing.

Live and speak in a more universal, inclusive way to embrace everyone. God is inclusive. :) Love is inclusive :)

Are My Choices Of Thoughts And Beliefs Helping Me?

The thoughts that we choose to think have a lot to do with our well-being, prosperity and health, at a cell level.
In other words, the thoughts that we choose to think are precursors to our health.

Our thoughts are an important component of our emotional, physical, mental and spiritual health and well-being. We need to focus on creating new better habits of thought. Choose thoughts that give you power. Every thought in our body create an emotion. Emotions are indicators of the thoughts that we are thinking.
Choose happy thoughts. Know that our own capacity to talk to our body, to influence the energy that we live IN, is very important to craft our better health or to begin to set into motion a number of biochemical functions in the body that are going to create a dis-ease or the natural state of well-being in our bodies.

It is important to realize that negative emotions instruct the cells of our bodies by releasing neurotransmitters (brain chemicals), who travel throughout the body carrying a specific set of instructions. Positive or negative emotions influence the biochemistry of our body. Positive or negative emotion can affect our immune system, metabolic rate and instruct the body to retain fluids. Positive or negative emotion can influence water retention in the body and levels of pH (acidity or alkaline levels in the body.)


CHOOSE thoughts, words, mental pictures that give you joy. Choose thoughts of prosperity, of empowerment, of self-love, of well-being, of forgiveness, of letting go, of safety, of happiness, of cooperation... Make peace with yourself. Make peace with everything and everyone and choose to be a good energy from inside out.

The brain communicates with itself by sending out chemical information from one neuron, or nerve cell to another. The sending neuron and the receiving neuron are separated by a small space called a synapse. The end of the sending neuron's axon has small sacs called vesicles that store a special chemical messenger called a neurotransmitter. When this chemical is released, it can have one of two effects on the receiving neuron: it can excite it into action or it can inhibit (block or slow down) its action. A neuron receiving certain signals (set of instructions that can be programmed and in fact, we do program by neuro-associations the chemical impulses that fires off a message to other neurons causing the release its own chemical transmitter.)

We have, since the beginning of our lives, programmed the brain and the series of chemical reactions associated to thoughts that we think and their assigned meanings. Some of this neuro-associative-networks can be helpful to us or can work against us by evoking negative emotions; for example, fear that paralyses us or feelings of hopelessness that drain our energy or drive our interest and focus of attention away from our goal or intention.

The important think here is to know that we can do the same DELIBERATELY by creating new sets of positive thoughts and positive outcomes, visualize them and re-train the brain to expect good things. Or we can continue choosing negative thoughts, associated to negative outcomes and belief in a state of powerlessness. The process can be thought of as an endless chain reaction among billions of neurons and if we don't choose what we think we then let our brain chemicals to a state of creation by default.

Brain chemistry is the sum of all the chemical messaging that takes place in the brain, which allows it to carry out its daily functions, such as generating movement, speaking, thinking, listening, regulating the systems of the body, and countless others.

All cells in our body are working in cooperation with one another. No cell in the body starts a fight with another cell. :) No organ in the body stars a war against another organ in the body. :) Whew! The nature of all the cells in our body is cooperation and prosperity. We can learn a lot from this scenario, from the nature of the cells of our body. Then, what happens if we focus on negative thoughts and negative emotions, (by default or deliberately)? Then, we create that energy flow because of the thoughts that we choose to think and this can affect and influence our health at-a-cell-level.

We are the only one thinking in our head. :) Take your power back. Mantra: No one else but myself chooses the thoughts that I think.
I choose thoughts that give me power. I speak words that evoke positive emotion and empowerment. I love myself. :)


All the feelings and emotions that people experience are produced through chemical changes in the brain. The "rush" of happiness that a person feels at getting a good grade on a test, achieving a goal, or reuniting with a loved one occur through complex chemical processes. So are emotions, such as fear (housed in the kidneys), anger (housed in the liver), grief (housed in the lungs), worry (housed in the spleen), and so on.

Neurotransmitters are the "messengers" that carry instructions to the body but, we can tell the brain what to do. We can tell the brain what to think since we are the only ones choosing what thoughts to think, to what do we give power to and what to focus on. By principle we expand what we focus on.

But, what happens when stimulation of thoughts coming from the "environment" that we live in, the news, the people around us, etc, affecting our focus of attention? What happens when we begin to give more attention and power to the many happenings around us? We begin to influence our bio-chemical process in the brain "by default", meaning we begin to react to the environment around us or to what life dishes out to us.

The nerve cells and other nervous structures in the body outside of the Central Nerve System are known as the peripheral nervous system (peripheral means outside). These nerves receive information from body tissues and the outside world, "the environment, our extended body", and pass it along to the brain and spinal cord. These nerves also carry the signals from the Central Nerve System to make body parts function or to stimulate/influence our thoughts. Again, it is important that we keep in mind that we, each individual, are the ones that have the power to choose what is it that we want to give our attention to, more power to, more time to, and to turn our thoughts into believes. Beliefs are thoughts that we keep thinking.

How To Practice Healing Meditation

How To Meditate

We have three usual or normal states into which we all enter every day, these are;
- The awake state
- The sleep state
- The dream state, and
- The self-healing meditative state

Here are the four steps to begin your daily meditation practice.

1. Comfort-Ease: Adopt a seating position that is comfortable for you. One caveat is that you don't want to be so comfortable that you fall asleep. The reason is that sleep and meditation are different states, you actually get a deeper 'mind-full' rest with meditation. The intention of the creation and modulation of energy is a very important step. I always begin my group meditation practices inviting everyone to silence the mind, eliminating distractions by focusing on silence and an inner smile to tune-in to relaxation, a state of ease and peace. Then I invite everyone to choose the intention of this practice, for example; i.e., my intention is to shift my focus to light and love, or my intention is to improve my vibrational energy to a happier state... etc.

- I invite everyone reading this article to sit down for a moment and write down a list of some a daily habit that you want to cultivate.
mindful intentions you could focus on to begin your daily 20 min of meditation.  Do this at another time, preferable when you are calm and have some quiet personal time. Having a daily quiet personal time as part of your daily life style is very important and

2. Quality of Time: Meditation time is a special time, not to be interrupted by the telephone, fax machine, pets, cell phones, noise or temperature. Decide to make your time to meditate a sacred one. If you choose to meditate with someone else, please make sure that they are willing and ready to join you having the same intentions and understanding how important this is for healing and better health. The same holds true for children, friends or social groups - prayer circles.

3. Breathing: In the basic form of meditation, your most help-full tool can be any thought, sound, short prayer, mindful intention or phrase (mantra) that you would like to focus on. I personally like to focus on my breathing, observing my breathing first, listening to my body first, without changing anything. Then I slowly and kindly guide the rhythm of my breath to a more calm, deep and conscious-to-flow one. 

- Words mean different things to different people. Choose words during meditation that have a positive, calming, uplifting meaning for you. In a research project at Harvard Medical School, for example, the Kundalini (*) yoga sounds of Sat Nam on the inhale and What Hey Guru on the exhale were shown to directly activate the memory area of the brain.

4. Conscious Better Habits: Once you begin to meditate, you'll be surprised to discover that your mind is restless even when you expect it to calm down, it will actually speed up. Why is this so? Well, well, well... our patterns of thoughts are taught to the brain consciously or unconsciously. When we begin to choose consciously what do we store in the brain and the assign meaning that we give to stored memories/mental images and stored emotions in the brain, we begin a process of self-discipline the mind deliberately. When we begin to meditate and to focus on a calming breathing, we begin to instruct the brain of new and better patterns of thoughts that are focused on ease, relaxation and positive emotions as a premise to let go of pressure, stress, expectations or negative emotions. It is as if a locked door opens up to let light and peace to come in.

- For those who being to meditate, phrases like these ones may come to mind when you "try" to calm or silence your mind. For example; i.e.,
  • "Why didn't I go to the bathroom before I started this." 
  • "I have to balance my checkbooks and call the bank."
  • "What am I going to eat for dinner tonight."
 When we meditate we are in the "energy" of the life style we live in and we can't expect to turn it off out of the sudden. Becoming aware of our life style choices helps us make better choices. What can I do to improve day-by-day a life without clutter, a simple life, a less stressful life? What sort of habits of behavior do I practice that create more clutter? What habits of behavior could I practice to eliminate clutter and to live a life of clarity, organization, serenity, relaxation and peace.

Continuity is of value. Give to yourself the time and attention that you need to begin practicing new and better habits of behavior and better habits of thought. Be kind to yourself. Love is attention.

When your brain moves from silence or calm into distractions or negative emotions, pause and shift your focus to more of what you want.  This is how we re-wire and re-train the brain into new habits of thought that work with us to achieve our new points of clarity for better health and life-styles. Smile to yourself, mind-fully and at ease. It is what you do with your thoughts that really matters and transcends in your life and the lives of others.

5. Focus Your Attention and Mind To Light: When you achieve a state of calm, ease and deep breathing bring your focus of attention to light. The brightest and loving ball of light you can possibly imagine, visualize it with your mind as if you were looking at it with your "inner vision" and breath that light in. Focus your attention to this light and let it fill you up; mind, body and like your soul, let it expand and grow from with-in you to all around you.

Timing: Practice your daily meditation for about 15 min daily. When you are one-with the light with-in you could pray, recite a mantra or send love to yourself and to others. Loving the self is important. This aspect of the meditation decreases brain activity and allow us to feel the blending with our cosmic conscious inner being.

Meditation develops many positive psychological health characteristics within us like; forgiveness, compassion, empathy, self-discipline, continuity and optimism.

The science-base information validates and helps understand the purpose of each character in the novel. Open your heart and lead your heart to inspire your mind to a magical, enlightening and fun life changing story. Everyone is invited!!!

The novel; DaNA, a DNA that escaped from a lab, meets Sigi at the park and both begin the most interesting and meaningful relationship to craft her wholistic life and better health into being. Sigi asks DaNA for help to restore her health. DaNA enters Sigi's ear to explore her body and talks with TamiRed, the Heart Chakra, The Library of Beliefs, Grand Master Bacteria, "I Me" the Ego, the Enzzzy Family and many more interesting characters components of Sigi's physical, mental and spiritual bodies. Their dialog is a fun and meaning-full way to better understand healing at a cell level, our own capacity to program, (turn on and off), our wholistic betterment at a cell level and all their interconnections.

 It was really fun to write a novel that models regular people acting as ingenious characters awakening to their inner capacities, the value of being and feeling humane, willing to listen the love that as grace is a life force. You'll fall in love with DaNA. :)

This book also tap into three important concepts: first, the concept of "GOD" as Universal Love, a never ending evolving energy. Each cooperative component in its essence inspires-to-make God, as much as divine energy lives IN and through all there is. "God" in a sense is in a state of constant and never-ending evolving.

Second, is the notion of Spiritual Human Evolving vs. Aging. A blessing notion of aging as matter over time that can be influenced and inspired, not to deteriorate but rather to get better and better. Also, that children are elders doing it all over again and elders are evolved children crafting themselves into being.

Third, the notion of what we know as "Death" as a happy "Graduation." Energy can only be trans-formed but it can not end. How would you like to influence your own self-transformation? What would you like to become? How would you like to live then? How can you deliberately craft yourself into being?

The introduction of the book presents a beautiful story of Nana, an amazing being I met. I share her 99 years of happy existence that teaches us an uplifting perspective of a fun and meaning-full blueprint of a promissory life grounded IN love.


There was a time that our understanding was that DNA "controls" the biochemistry of our bodies, which was somehow predictable because of the information already "written" in our DNA. In other words, we "are" the genes of our ancestors and parents. Today we know that every cell, DNA, connective tissue, atom, organ and even the tiny molecules of our physical body experiencing life in constant communication and interaction with all layers of our human energy field have a vibration of its own which is influenced by our thoughts, beliefs, environment, emotions, nutrition, experiences and most important, the way that we perceive and love ourselves. Our mind (not the brain), can turn on and off mechanisms of our DNA. These factors can be influenced, consciously chosen, directed and more over, they can be shared collectively. Our body's healing and well-being is influenced by these tools that can be seen as opportunities.

 Health is a delicious process of self-love, intentionally co-created and influenced by each one of us.

One of DaNA's messages to Sigi is to value the importance of the environment as our extended body. DaNA explains to Sigi and to Professor BWill that health is harmony with all there is and it is naturally vibrating its own "music of love." DaNA addresses a conference of interdisciplinary professionals of

Spiritual Human Beings have elements that give light
