The Peace Corner: The Environment Our Extended Body
Dearest Tourist and Travelers:
We just finished a weekend retreat learning and practice, mind-fully, the life meaning of how the environment, the world around us, influences our life, body and well-being even at a cell level. We learned the meaning of how the environment is OUR EXTENDED BODY and that elements like; color, sound, light, fragrances, clutter, words, the position of objects, circulation of air or ventilation, all these elements are inter-related and in constant communication, as matter is, with all layers of our human energy field.
We also learned how to stay calm and how to influence, with the WAVES of our THOUGHTS, EMOTIONS and BEHAVIORS, the energy that we live IN.
Discipline Your Mind - Cultivate and Self-Control Your Emotions
Stay On Purpose, Act On Purpose and Speak On Purpose
Here is one of the meditations that we learned at the retreat, to cultivate better breathing and stillness.
CHOOSE TO BE PEACE-FULL.

How To Dissolve Problems
I have received this postcard from one of our readers...
Question: How can I change things around me when it feels that there is no way out?
A: Dearest reader;
Let's say that a problem is occurring, and the solution is too but we don't see it because we are focused on the frequency of the problem and the longer we focus energy on the same topic, the more we expand it. It is like placing a notebook right in front of your face, that's all you see. It doesn't mean that there isn't much more going on beyond the notebook, but you can't see it.
1. Consider stepping "OUT" of the problem. So now you CAN SEE the problem better.
2. Make that problem a friend that is helping you evolve and gain clarity.
3. Say things like; this problem is motivating me, evoking and provoking thoughts and stimulation of ideas and creativity on my part. The "problem" is (a platform) as the basis of this place of clarity where all the "SOLUTIONS", many of them hang out together.
But before we gain clarity to blend with the new place where the solutions are, we keep thinking negative thoughts about "the problem" so we don't feel good.
Our relationship with the problem doesn't feel and it is not my friend, so that's all I SEE...and THAT is the problem! Why? Because the vibration of the problem and the vibration of the solution are in two different places. We can't feel both extremes at the same time.
When we learn how to feel different about "problems" and make them friendly circumstances to move forward we feel good about them. Problems are circumstances that reflect many times aspects of our personal growth.
- For example; learn how to trust self and be at "feeling place", play more, be more proactive with research and resource, more creative and spontaneous, feel life and the love BEYOND THE NOTEBOOK... So now I know what "my friend" is telling me. I feel happy, empowered, free, light... good. This new feeling place gives me energy, good kind of energy.
Suggestions:
1. Make "problems" "your friends" Make peace with them. That's the first solution by the way. They are stimulating and invigorating.
2. Life is boaring without stimulation of ideas that evokes creativity.
3. We evolve and give birth to the best of us when we face difficult situations. "Problems" or challenges wake us up. :)
4. Enjoy the process of visualizing and creating ways to live your heart's desires. Trust your IMPULSES emanating from the heart.
5. Allow your heart to speak to you. Nothing is impossible when we are IN love. Expect your heart to propose the unthinkable. Accept it. Allow it. All that love wants is to partner with "you" a divine creature focused on a physical body.
6. Love is intoxicating and invigorating. Love never leave us.
7. Become your new dream and trust. It is going to be all right!!!
By now... don't you love "problems", challenges? I do. We couldn't evolve without them.
Don't be afraid to love. We were born to do this.
Love and light!

The Cosmic Sound and Value of a Conscious Mantra.
Hello Tourist and Travelers, it is with great joy that I bring to you these reflections, as some of you have requested, accompanied by a Journal and a CD.
Sound and Light are vibrations, and vibrations are different frequencies of Energy. This also applies to Kundalini, the latent energy within ourselves. Kundalini is both Light and Sound, and mantra, (the divine inspired perfect word sound form), used to attain "Her."
The most profound expression of this Energy is the cosmic Om, which is the origin of all other sounds and symbolizes the essential spiritual reality, "Omnipotent." OM is a Cosmic Sound. The mantra Om is said to give birth to rays of Light bringing illumination to the mind.
There are two aspects to every sound; the audible and the subtle sound-essence that carries the INTENTION coming from Spirit. When the spoken word is sounded within and without, contact is made with this power.
The Conscious chanting and recitation of mantras activates and accelerates the creative spiritual force, promoting harmony in our whole being. The aim with this practice is to become a living center of pure spiritual vibration that is attuned to other centers of vibration much more "power-full."
Mantras are sacred sound syllables in which great wisdom is locked up, wisdom that will reveal itself only if we are consciously aware of the value of what we are doing.
It is beneficial to recite a mantra a thousand times a day for forty days.
We will eventually reach that point of going through the barriers or blockages- the cultural, social, and other self-imposed survival barriers that have been put up around the mind, and we will find the place where Light is always reflected.
Mantra is the most profound speech, sound at its highest, because it takes us away from the ego "illusion" of self-importance to the sound of our pure inner being, ONE with the divine.
Remember this; a mantra has several intentions, sort of speak;
- the power or meaning we give it, individually, which reflects back to us
- the power of who have practiced it
- the power of whomever perceived it initially, and
- the power of those who has attained "higher consciousness" from it
It isn't only the practice alone that brings benefit, but maintaining awareness and focus and staying with the words that we are chanting. If you chant OM, make space for OM alone, without other judgements, external influences or assigned meanings. Feel it in your heart. Consciously choose to "make the outside world disappear."
Journal: Cultivation of Spirit-IN-Love.
I am suggesting to start your own Journal, a simple notebook of your preference or you can test by buying the Journal I have designed for this purpose.
Continuity and will are very important aspects of any spiritual practice, both are of tremendous value. But, when we initiate a Spiritual practice from the heart, profound sincerity at heart, recognizing the value of CULTIVATION OF SPIRIT-IN-LOVE, the process of evolving and transformation, self-discovery and intimacy with who we really are, become a joy-full experience and a power-full source of inner strength. Then we cease to look "out" for bridges and ways to connect with self. Yes, sometimes we tent to create "dependencies" to find freedom. Love is freedom. Love lives IN freedom.
An spontaneous desire to go further IN-LOVE, will develop naturally without the force of willpower.
When the outside world "becomes nothingness", our unique and individual "inner world" opens up.
The vibration of mantras are "influenced" by our emotions. Are our emotions grounded in heartfelt sounds coming from our pure heart? That's the work too. The Journal:Cultivation of Spirit-IN-Love provides practical ways to cultivate heartfelt emotions. Example; we can say to others that we love them but how often do we expect or want feedback from the love we give. Love loves and it is unconditional. Love does not expect feedback. This is important because we use the word love to label emotions but pure love can only be given when we are IN it and that alone is a reward.
Awareness of the vibration of our speech, meaning, the INTENTION that we are giving birth to, with a sound, is more important that the repetition or practice of it. Again, we must go to Spirit with an open Heart, IN-Love. That's true Conscious Spirituality. Meditation, a daily cultivation of Spiritual Human Evolving, helps us to unburden or free of impurities our mind.
Cultivate Self-Love; with our daily conversations, with self and others, with our relationships which are a reflection of self, with our interactions with other living beings, the integrity of our intentions, how we keep our physical body (how flexible, appreciated, open, clean and pain-free is), with our choices of activities or meals and other important components of the co-creation of a healthy and harmonious Spiritual Home, our body. Why? Because the vibration of a mantra comes from our Spiritual Home, the body, where Spirit "lives", temporarily. How we feel about our-selves influences the vibration that comes from our voice, affecting "the mantra" that we are reciting.
The Journal:Cultivation of Spirit-IN-Love provides a profound guidance about the co-creation and maintenance of a Spiritual Home IN-Love.
A voice of the heart, when projected with transcendent feelings of self-appreciation, is the best place to experience the pulsation and vibration of Divine Light or Spirit-IN-Love. That's the first aspect of this work, self purification and self-love.
In mantra practice, Divine Light takes shape and form and vibrates in the Spiritual Human voice. The power of the mantra sets awareness in motion, the intent or energy that we have given birth to.
Think of the vibration that your words create "outside" your human body. Our environment is our extended body. The sound that has been released with the breath. When we chant a mantra, where will the vibrations go? What space and time will it take for the "energy-mantra" to emanate into the distance?
Sounds have images, like Hari OM, only one color bubble vibrating very strongly. Where this bubble go? .... I am aware that I am combining Meditation with the chanting of a mantra. Why? Because it gives a deeper intimate experience. Meditation is a conscious condition that makes us conducive to coming into a greater state of awareness. The mantra eventually becomes creative in us, revealing itself through the intimate personal experience.
The exploration of sound and consciousness can lead to a whole different understanding of the "reality" or "world" that we live in, versus the ability to give birth to new a better possible worlds. The Journal:Cultivation of Spirit-IN-Love that I have authored helps to develop this Spiritual practice.
Eventually we will experience that each Spiritual Human Being is the Essence, a mantra, a very unique and cosmic mantra, expanding and always in state of becoming, a divine cosmic being part of a "musical composition" or cosmic symphony of Spirit-IN-Love.
...yes, there is a song in our heart that speak our dream, I AM.
The Journal and CD are available at our store and home base.

The Golden Nugget...
Life is our lab and we get to experience, play, choose, come to new realizations and ways to live and be.
To me, loving yourself is the very first step to living a life that has meaning for “self.” What we think of ourselves is one of the most important source of inner strength, empowerment, inner-peace and inner balance.
Any life situation can be look at it in an attitude of vulnerability or strength. It is the attitude (a settled way of thinking), that we choose to bring into everything that we experience allowing us to perceive what's really there or to block it, distort it, etc.
We choose to focus energy into being before things happen in our lives, therefore, what we experience at any given moment is the result of our mental focus or practiced habits of thoughts. For example; only a feeling of vulnerability or despair can evoke or invite more of it. Only a feeling of love, certainty, joy, self-worth or appreciation can evoke equal energies in cooperation to manifest more of that. We always “choose” deliberately or unconsciously.
Sometimes we practice habits of thoughts or behavior without consciously choosing them. Circumstances, news, conversations about what's happening... they are all part of our environment or experiences but not necessarily initiated by us.
It helps to be more selective and mindful about the kinds of "energies" or environment we are becoming part of and to CHOOSE IN FREEDOM what feels good to do, talk about, think about or give our attention to.
The golden nugget of this process is the INSPIRATION that comes out of the experience, that new place of clarity that says so much about our selves, that reminds us that we are the only power and the ones that can make our magical life more magical. CHOOSE HOW TO SHAPE THE NATURE OF OUR DEEPEST LEVELS OF BEING.
Shape your practice of self-love;
1. Try not to compare yourself to others. Choose what makes you happy and has meaning to you.
2. Make a list of those things that you appreciate about your-self. Are you happy? Can you identify aspects of you that you would like to evolve?
3. Love is appreciation. Observe YOU with your heart, no so much with your intellect and you'll see the love IN you. Don't measure-up yourself through the eyes of others. Others only see what they can see. If they can not see you it is only because they are not a match to you.
The invisible light or magick only reveals itself in proportion to our natural rhythms. We choose and craft who we are and what to become. We are the love and how we choose to give birth to it. A life IN love, a magical approach to life, (no so much making sense out of things but allowing our unique heart to speak its truth.) Design YOU. Love YOU. Accept YOU. Feel good with YOU.
Enjoy today, clarify what is it that your heart wants. What gives YOU meaning? Love always feels good.
Feel good with you today!

Answering Your Questions
Hello Tourist and Travelers;
First, I want to share with you a happy and spontaneous moment with nature. I couldn't resist this magical playground. I am here at the city of North Pole having my bi-annual meeting with Santa Clause and going over some other things with people in the area. How wonder-full is to live IN love and with people that are ready, well, more than ready, to welcome all kinds of positive energies; kindness, appreciation, patience, cooperation, joy.... yes, we are working but it feels so good.
1. I have received some of your questions and comments mostly in reference to one of my latest tweets, about "do not fight anything because we can not fight something without becoming that which we are fighting." Yes, I said that. Your questions are fine and I am so glad to experience stimulation of thought... what a joy!
These are my comments: Yes, it is true that fighting feels better than disempowerment and it may give us the illusion that we are closer to "the betterment that we want to experience." In reality, the main intention is "not to conform and change things for the better." This is a great intention and it feels really good to even read it, think it or say it. When things feel good it is a great sign that the foundation of our intention is IN love.
However, when we fight something, I am sure that you don't feel good when you fight. You can't fight and be IN love at the same time. Fighting drains energy. Love fills you up with life and all kinds of positive vibrations and experiences. To fight something you must "move vibrationally" to the same kind of energy that you are fighting; to feel, think or reason that energy and the longer you stay there the more you shift your energy to that one. I know it is inevitable at times and so what, we do it. But, the sooner we get out of there the better. Why? Negative or lower vibrations are never going to get us loving, joy-full or happy outcomes. Love is the stronger point of power (energy) and fight or anger is far away from love. When we fight we choose a weak vibrational place.
Fight generates more anger, resentment, disempowerment, fear, violence, mental fog, pain, rage, put you to sleep, etc. and sets a cycle in motion; you hurt me, I don't like it and I hurt you back.
Love gives you clarity, hope, empowerment, cooperation, trust, wakes you up, and I can go on and on about all these good vibrational places.
So what to do then, well focus. What's the intention to begin with? "not to conform and change things for the better." Great! Then focus on that. Focus on co-creating your version of that betterment that you "see."
How about the "bad guys", some of you asked... Friends, it is very helpful if we choose to move away from the notion of "bad" or "good" people. That's a choice and all of us have the capacity to choose either one at all times. All Spiritual Human Beings are made of love and can be that at any time (if they choose to do so.) Everyone is teaching us something and because of their choices we gain clarity about many things. I personally think that "to fight" is a distraction and keeps me away from the betterment that I want to experience AND CHOOSE TO CO-CREATE.
There isn't a big crowd in the leading age, have you noticed that? Most of the people are holding on to lower vibrations or sorting them out hoping to see "better" somewhere. Perhaps, demanding that people change their ways in order for them to feel or experience better. (Good luck.) That's conditional happiness or love and I won't teach you that. But better is not in the vicinity of where "fighting" is. Betterment is having a great time allowing love to bless it.
Any "action" offered away from the most power-full energy, love, it is a waste of time and won't get you the outcomes IN love that you wish for. Actions IN love, great!
Many beautiful energies have modeled these concepts for us. St. Francis, Jesus and Gandhi are some examples of this. They co-created the betterment, the change they wanted to see and they knew that fighting was going to get them no where. YES, express your perspective. Speak your truth but constructively.
Day-by-day, sun-by-sun, build your joy and secret slowly but surely. Bless your existence by choosing to live IN love. Allow Spirit to wake you up and fill you up with divine light and love and shine it trough your unique ways. We are here to co-create not to fight.
In all my years as Universal Peace Ambassador I learned that "we can't fight for peace but we can blend with the energy of peace-love, however, we can't do it unless we become that energy first." That's the work. How can we demand from others to do or be something we are not offering or living? That's the work.
I hope this helps.
2. Second popular question... the mailing and subscriptions lists have been co-created as we speak. We are cooking them. Thank you because you have been more than wonder-full with the subject in Facebook, twitter and emails. Love you so much and please hang in there. Joy, Holly and I miss you so so so much and love you beyond words. Can you feel it?
See you soon friends!

Retreat: Write Creatively To Influence The Quantum Mind
Dearest Tourist and Travelers;
Brief overview of one of the most interesting and fun retreats I have ever guided. The SPIRIT projects itself as the MIND and serves as the INSPIRATION that gives birth to thoughts into "being." Fifty two beings gathered to practice and learn ways to influence, "intentionally", our cognitive neurobiology and the emotions, energy in motion at The Grand Del Mar Resort in San Diego, CA. Finding ways to focus your thoughts can help change the realms of the mind and overall consciousness, at a cell level. That the energy we choose to live IN. The biochemestry of our bodies is driven by our thoughts. Each individual is the one who chooses the behavior of its electrons. So I offered a day to retreat and to focus on this process. We co-created a day of personal guided metamorphosis, individually and collectively, to learn how work with and influence the quantum mind. Just remember that each cell of our bodies has a mind of its own responding, "conversing" and inter-acting with exciting stimuli, but we can choose to influence this process. We explored how meditation influences the "music" of our body vibrated and orchestrated by the cells of our bodies. We learned how to align and affect groups of collective cells with the practice of visualization, creative writing and meditation. Pre-Cognitive Energy: Tell your story. Get to know "your world" the one you live IN that you may not be totally aware of. Yes, I am referring to beliefs. Why? Because your beliefs are per-cognitive energy that manifest as your life. Beliefs are like buildings, they are there and form the landscape of your "city" or place you choose to live IN. But sometimes we are not AWARE of them. Betterment can not be more than what we allow it to be. Change your beliefs to more empowering, flowing and allowing ways to co-create your betterment. Decide to start your own daily practice of creative writing. Take time to map out YOUR STORY. There is value in creative writing because you give birth to the roads, ways and worlds that you want to experience. That energy now has an outlet, a bridge between the world you live in now and the new possible worlds you are co-creating and this energy shifts at a cell level too. It was a real joy to experience this process with all of you. I invite everyone to do this on your own and I hope our story and divine travel inspire you too. Love and light friends! Katherine |

Spiritual Human Evolving vs. Aging
Aging, matter over time, can be influenced with our thoughts which alter the biochemistry of our physical body. Our thoughts are like internal signals or energy messages that control our DNA, contrary to the belief that our DNA controls our biology. Our bodies, the physical manifestation of the energy we choose to live IN, can be changed and influenced by the energy we co-create with our thoughts, emotions, activities, relationships and dreams.
But, what inspires thoughts and orient them toward a specific kind of energy? It has to do with what gives us meaning, fill us up or make our hearts sing. This is an individual and very personal choice.
Aging doesn’t necessarily imply deterioration or lost of faculties/life. Aging is matter (energy) over time. I have dedicated more than 8 years to the design and implementation of programs, projects or interventions that speak to the heart of people. I don’t choose programs for them. I ask them and listen to what's in their heart. But one of my most amazing findings is to hear people say “no one every asked me or told me that I can choose, honestly, I don’t know at this very moment what is that I want. I have never thought about it.”
When we facilitate ways for people to look inside themselves, explore who they are and co-create avenues for them to give birth to their co-creations, dreams and beautiful ways, there is something almost magical that happens, they value the gift of life more than ever before. I have seen it, people stop existing to start living and blocks of energy that were causing dis-eases start dissolving giving space to a process of healing, harmony and a life IN love.
In 1998 I gave birth to something I named “Elder Recreation Therapy, ERT©.” and dedicated years to get to know a population and ways that were new to me. It is easier to plan programs for children because we have been there but it was harder to help elders and their unique ways. The only way I was able to do this was living, conversing, listening, observing and celebrating life with our elders. In 2001 I presented the first ever Clinical Therapeutic Recreation Program for Elders© at the VA Hospital in Washington D. C.
For the first time interdisciplinary health care professionals heard about how meaning-full recreation (love and play) can be for a spiritual human being. In 2001 I wrote and self-published my first book, 1 2 3 Interventions For A Better Life For Elders©. It wasn’t about keeping elders busy with their choices of activities because they were “at the end” of their journey and deterioration was inevitable. Life is about the co-creation of our selves. Some elders lose interest for life when they lose their heart, meaning, the spark for life. A belief perhaps, that this is it for them and that elders are “problems” for our society. No, at the contrary, a new realization helped me see life and its purpose in a totally different way;
-- Elders are experienced Children, and
-- Children are Elders doing it all over again
My heart came to this new realization during meditation. This caused a profound impact within me because it helped me compose programs and facilitate resources to foster that intentional continuity of Spirit Evolving. My life with elders, especially living with forms of dementia, was my lab. In 2005 I founded Elderology©, the science that studies the design, implementation, evaluation and co-creation of Spiritual Human Evolving vs. Aging©. But the main difference is that Elderology views wholistic living as SPIRIT. BODY and MIND are projections of SPIRIT. The main purpose is to maintain a focus “SPIRIT IN LOVE” and this is LIFE, and to be IN, live IN this vibrational frequency changes AGING as a state of becoming rather than declining or deteriorating. The Universe is Spirit IN love, getting better and better.
These realizations are the cornerstones reflected in all our programs, community integration and civil engagement at My Divine Travels©. Wholistic living for us is not BODY, MIND and SPIRIT.
Spirit IN love is a way of life, self empowerment and the catalyst of a being choosing the manifestation of its magic (possible worlds in the most amazing Essence, love.) Yes, and I do admire and respect beings that teach and model MAGIC as being in state of awakening, fully engage with their hearts and the Spirit flowing pure Love.
I frankly found hard to believe that a being, with so much clarity and beyond the rational approach of life, choose to live its regular day to day life being the model of approachable magic, Spirit IN love, and I think I have met this being in my life because my heart was “cooking one” in my lab (Life) and asked for it. All my programs and interventions were about inspiring beings to live their magic self and I have witnessed some beings becoming this ON and OFF.
But the Universe introduced my life to the best example of my dreams. The Universe always surprises us, beyond belief.
Elderology is the magical approach of life. We are eternal beings in a never ending process of becoming, infused and perfumed by LOVE.
(More about Elderology in our new website My Divine Travels... coming very soon! )
Love and light!

For the first time interdisciplinary health care professionals heard about how meaning-full recreation (love and play) can be for a spiritual human being. In 2001 I wrote and self-published my first book, 1 2 3 Interventions For A Better Life For Elders©. It wasn’t about keeping elders busy with their choices of activities because they were “at the end” of their journey and deterioration was inevitable. Life is about the co-creation of our selves. Some elders lose interest for life when they lose their heart, meaning, the spark for life. A belief perhaps, that this is it for them and that elders are “problems” for our society. No, at the contrary, a new realization helped me see life and its purpose in a totally different way;
-- Elders are experienced Children, and
-- Children are Elders doing it all over again
